The Agent Who Actually Lives This Life
Most agents can list a rural property. Very few understand it. I know the difference between land that works for horses and land that just looks like it does — drainage, barns, hay storage, arena footing, water rights, ag exemptions, fencing, trailer access.
I know these things because I've lived them. I come from generations of farmers and horse people — my family still owns the original Oklahoma homestead my great-great-grandfather won in the Land Rush — and I was raised by my grandmother, a full-time rural realtor. That legacy is what I bring to every property I touch in Pierce, Thurston, and Lewis County.
